Cubs is for boys and
girls aged between 8 & 10½.
The aim of Cubs is for
children to have fun, whilst learning valuable physical and
social skills.
The leaders teach the Children
about the environment, the community and the principles of
Scouting in a fun and interactive way.
The Cubs work as
part of a 'Six', which encourages interaction and teamwork
between the children.
It is the first Scouting section where
children have the opportunity to go camping and learn
traditional Scouting skills such as fire lighting and knotting.
Our pack meets between 6.30 - 8.30 on a
Thursday evening.
