Recent News

- Thankyou to all Cubs, Scouts, and Parents who attended the Rememberence Day Parade. It is a very important date in the 1st Carlton Calendar and everybody who turned up did us proud.

- Last weekend saw the 1st Carlton Scouts and Explorers take on the Challenge of the Border Hike competition in Derbyshire. All completed the hike, so a big 'well done' to everybody who took part

- The Tibenham Air Camp was a major success! Scouts and Explorers (and even some leaders!) took part in powered Flying, Gliding, Shooting, Archery, Camp Olympics and even model making! 1st Cottesmore, 5th Canvey Island and 1st Colchester attended making the event a major success. We had some very important visitors, including the Scout County Commissioner for Suffolk who has written an article on her blog about the event, which can be found here: http://alturl.com/wzp2r
